"Happy with the Next Gen Crew"
After some tough times with MoorePay, we reluctantly made the switch to Next Gen about a week ago. The upgrade crew has been super quick to answer our questions, really thorough in their responses and advice, and incredibly supportive. I’m really impressed with how user-friendly Next Gen is (way better than the previous platform) and especially with the help from Fern & Louis. Gotta give a shoutout to Suzanne from the tech team too, who did an awesome job reworking our hierarchy. We haven't run our first payroll on Next Gen yet, but so far, it’s a big thumbs up for the HR side.

"Steer Clear of This Company"
Having dealt with years of subpar service and unfulfilled assurances about the quality of their offerings, plus missed deadlines and ridiculous temporary solutions that never actually solve anything, I can't recommend this company at all. The service is lacking, and the system is awkward and not easy to use.
